Distance Sales Contract
The contract formed when you buy Plus or Pro — parties, subject, price and payment, performance, withdrawal, ending it, and disputes.
Version 1.0 · In force from 13 October 2026 · Last updated 13 October 2026
This is the English version of the Mesafeli Satış Sözleşmesi; for consumers in Türkiye the Turkish text prevails.
Article 1 — Parties
Seller: Polar Software, Inc., Delaware, United States (merchant of record).
Buyer: the consumer placing the order. The buyer enters their name, e-mail address and billing details at checkout.
Service provider: YourWorksheets (Legal information).
Article 2 — Subject
The subject of this contract is the sale and performance of the YourWorksheets Plus or Pro subscription ordered online by the buyer. The characteristics of the service, its price and the other information are in the Pre-contract Information the buyer confirms before ordering, which forms part of this contract.
Article 3 — Price and payment
The monthly price and the total including taxes are the amounts shown on the checkout page before the obligation to pay arises. Payment is taken monthly in advance by the methods the seller offers at checkout.
Article 4 — Performance and term
The service starts online at once after the payment is confirmed and is activated in the buyer’s account. The subscription is monthly and renews automatically on the same date each month until the buyer cancels. Price changes are announced by e-mail at least 30 days before the renewal at the new price, and the buyer may cancel before then.
Article 5 — Withdrawal
The buyer’s right of withdrawal, and how it is affected when performance of the service begins, are explained in the withdrawal information and form and in section 5 of the Pre-contract Information. At checkout the buyer expressly asks for the service to start at once, before the withdrawal period ends.
Article 6 — Cancellation and ending
The buyer may cancel the subscription at any time under Account → Billing → Manage subscription. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the paid period; the buyer keeps using the service until then. The rules for using the service are in the Terms of Use.
Article 7 — Defects and liability
If the service does not conform to the contract, the buyer’s rights under Türkiye’s Consumer Protection Law no. 6502 are reserved. Where a fault prevents use of the service paid for, or the buyer is charged twice, a refund is made under the Billing and Refund Terms.
Article 8 — Personal data
Personal data is processed under the Privacy Notice and the KVKK notice. Payment data is processed by the seller under its own privacy policy.
Article 9 — Governing law and disputes
This contract is governed by Turkish law. For disputes, the consumer arbitration committee and the consumer court of the buyer’s place of residence have jurisdiction within the monetary limits set each year; in the cases the law lists, mediation is mandatory before going to court. Nothing in the seller’s buyer terms removes the buyer’s rights under the mandatory rules of Turkish consumer law.
Article 10 — Entry into force
This contract is formed when the buyer confirms the Pre-contract Information and this contract at checkout and completes the payment. The version the buyer confirmed is recorded with the date and time and remains available in the version history of this page.
