Withdrawal Information and Form
Your right of withdrawal in a distance sale, how the immediate start of the service affects it, and how to send a withdrawal notice.
Version 1.0 · In force from 13 October 2026 · Last updated 13 October 2026
This is the English version of the Cayma Hakkı Bilgisi ve Formu; for consumers in Türkiye the Turkish text prevails.
Right of withdrawal
In a distance contract, a consumer may withdraw within 14 days of the contract being formed, without giving any reason and without paying a penalty.
Effect of the immediate start
YourWorksheets Plus and Pro are performed online immediately after payment. At checkout you expressly ask for the service to start at once, before the withdrawal period ends. Under exceptions in the law, the right of withdrawal may not be available for services whose performance began with the consumer’s agreement, or for services performed online immediately.
How exactly this rule applies is decided by the law; where in doubt, we read it in your favour. You can always send a withdrawal notice using the routes below.
How to notify us
Within the withdrawal period, tell us with a clear statement:
- by e-mail to privacy@yourworksheets.com, or
- through the help center with the category “Account or billing”.
You may use the form below, but you do not have to. When we receive your notice we confirm receipt at once and, through the seller Polar, refund you within 14 days at the latest of the day your notice reached us, using the method you paid with.
