2. Main characteristics of the service

3. Price and payment
- Prices are in US dollars per month. Taxes that apply where you live are calculated by Polar; the total including taxes is shown on the checkout page before you are obliged to pay.
- Payment is made by the methods Polar offers at checkout. Your card details never reach YourWorksheets.
- There is no extra charge for using the means of distance communication.
4. Performance, term and renewal
- The service starts immediately and online once the payment is confirmed; your plan is active in your account at once.
- The subscription is monthly and renews automatically on the same date each month until you cancel.
- You can cancel at any time under Account → Billing → Manage subscription; you keep your plan until the end of the period you paid for.
- Price changes are announced by e-mail at least 30 days before the renewal at the new price.
5. Right of withdrawal
For distance contracts, a consumer may withdraw within 14 days of the contract without giving a reason and without penalty. However, this service is performed online at once and starts, with your express agreement, before the withdrawal period ends; under the exceptions in the law, the right of withdrawal may therefore no longer be available once performance has begun. At checkout you separately confirm that you want the service to start at once and that you understand how this affects your right of withdrawal. Details and the withdrawal form: Withdrawal information and form.
6. Complaints and disputes
- Send complaints to privacy@yourworksheets.com or through the help center.
- Consumers in Türkiye can apply to the consumer arbitration committee or the consumer court of their place of residence, within the monetary limits the Ministry of Trade sets each year.
- Under Law no. 6502, mediation is mandatory before going to court in the cases the law lists.
7. Keeping and accessing the contract
The versions of this form and of the Distance Sales Contract in force when you buy are kept in the version history of these pages and are always available. The versions you confirm at checkout are recorded, with the date and time, in your account’s acceptance record. Polar sends an e-mail confirming your order.
8. Technical steps to conclude the contract
- You choose a plan on the pricing page.
- In the Review your order step you see the price, period, renewal rule and how to cancel, and confirm that you have read this form and the contract, that you want the service to start at once, and that you understand automatic renewal.
- You are taken to Polar’s checkout, where you can check and correct your details before paying.
- When you confirm the payment, the contract is formed and your obligation to pay arises.
