Common questions
How do I create my first worksheet?
Open the designer and either start from a blank A4 canvas, pick one of the ready-made templates, or let AI Studio draft the whole sheet from a subject and grade. Everything stays editable afterwards.
Can I edit the ready-made templates?
Yes — every template opens in the designer as a fully editable sheet. You can rewrite any text and change the fonts, text colour, paper colour, accent colour, and the individual decorative shapes.
Why does my worksheet have a watermark?
Every sheet carries the YourWorksheets mark. It is deliberately faint so it never competes with what a child has to read or write, and it prints that way too.
The AI gave me a wrong or odd answer.
AI drafts are a starting point, not a finished authority — always read a generated sheet before teaching from it. If a result looks badly wrong, send it to us with the subject and prompt you used and we will look into it.
How do I publish a worksheet for other teachers?
Publishing happens from the teacher console. Nothing you make is public until you explicitly publish it, and you can unpublish at any time.
I forgot my password.
Use the reset link on the sign-in page and Firebase will email you a secure link. If the email never arrives, check your spam folder, then message us and we will help.
How do I delete my account and data?
Message us through the form below and we will delete your account and everything in it. See the Privacy Policy for exactly what is stored and for how long.
