Billing and Refund Terms
How the Plus and Pro plans are sold and billed, renewal, price changes, cancellation, refunds and your statutory rights.
Version 1.0 · In force from 13 October 2026 · Last updated 13 October 2026
Who sells the plans
Plus and Pro are sold by Polar Software, Inc. (Delaware, USA) as merchant of record. Polar is the seller: it runs the checkout, takes the payment, calculates and collects any tax, issues receipts and handles refunds. Its buyer terms apply to your purchase alongside these terms. YourWorksheets provides the service you buy. We never see your card details.
Plans and prices
The plans, what each includes and the prices are on the pricing page. Prices are in US dollars per month. Any tax that applies where you live is calculated by Polar and shown at checkout, before you pay.
Billing and renewal
- Your subscription starts as soon as the payment goes through, and your plan is active immediately.
- It renews automatically every month on the same date, at the price shown when you subscribed, until you cancel.
- If a payment fails, Polar may try again. While the subscription is not paid, your account may return to Starter; nothing you made is deleted.
Price changes
If we change the price of your plan, we tell you by e-mail at least 30 days before the renewal at the new price. You can cancel before then; if you do nothing, the new price applies from that renewal. We do not raise the price of a period you have already paid for.
Changing plan
To switch between Plus and Pro, write to us first at privacy@yourworksheets.com: we make the change so that you are never charged for two plans at once. Buying the other plan while one is active is blocked in the app for the same reason.
Cancelling
- Cancel at any time under Account → Billing → Manage subscription, which opens Polar’s customer portal. Cancelling takes a few clicks, and no call or chat is needed.
- You keep your plan until the end of the period you have paid for; after that your account returns to Starter.
- Nothing you made is deleted when you cancel. Worksheets made on Starter again carry the faint watermark.
- Deleting your account does not cancel a subscription by itself — so the app asks you to cancel first.
Refunds
- Your statutory rights come first. Where the law gives you a right of withdrawal or a refund, you have it — see the withdrawal information.
- If something went wrong — you were charged twice, or you could not use what you paid for because of a fault on our side — write to privacy@yourworksheets.com and we will arrange a refund through Polar.
- Otherwise, a period that has already started is not refunded, as Polar’s buyer terms describe, except where the law requires it.
- A refund does not cancel the subscription; if you want both, say so and we will do both.
Receipts
Polar e-mails a receipt for each payment. You can also see your invoices in Polar’s customer portal.
