Report Content
Tell us about a published worksheet you think is unlawful, infringes your rights, puts a child at risk, or breaks our rules.
Version 1.0 · In force from 13 October 2026 · Last updated 13 October 2026
If a child is in immediate danger, contact the police or emergency services first.
What happens next
- You get a reference number at once.
- We review the report — reports about child safety or a child’s personal data first, usually within 24 hours; others within a few days.
- If the content breaks the law or our Acceptable Use Policy, we remove or restrict it. We may suspend an account, and we preserve evidence and inform the authorities where the law requires.
- We tell the author what we did and why, and how to appeal. If you gave an e-mail address, we tell you the outcome.
Copyright
A report about copyright should name the work you think is infringed and show that you own the rights or may act for the owner. Our Copyright Policy explains the process, including counter-notices.
Misuse
Knowingly false reports, or reports meant to harass an author, are themselves a breach of the Acceptable Use Policy.
