Copyright Policy
How to report a worksheet that infringes your copyright, how authors can respond, and what happens to repeat infringers.
Version 1.0 · In force from 13 October 2026 · Last updated 13 October 2026
Reporting an infringement
Use the report form and choose Copyright. Please include:
- the worksheet’s address (link);
- the work you think is infringed, and where we can see it;
- your name and contact details, and whether you are the owner or act for them;
- a statement that you believe in good faith the use is not authorised, and that the information is accurate.
We review copyright reports promptly. Where the infringement is clear, we remove or disable the worksheet and tell its author. Rights-holders in Türkiye may also use the procedures of the Law on Intellectual and Artistic Works (Law no. 5846).
If your worksheet was removed
If you believe it was removed by mistake — for example because you own the material or have permission — reply to our message with your explanation and any evidence. We review it, and if the reporter does not pursue the matter, we may restore the worksheet.
Repeat infringers
We close the accounts of users who repeatedly publish infringing content.
Our own material
The YourWorksheets name, logo, the fox mascot, the design system and the ready-made templates are ours or our licensors’. What you may do with them is set out in the Content Licence and Library Terms.
AI drafts
Whether an AI draft can be protected by copyright depends on the law and on how much you add to it. We make no promise either way.
United States
We do not currently have a designated agent registered with the US Copyright Office. Rights-holders in the US can use the report form above.
