Acceptable Use Policy
What you may not do with YourWorksheets, how we enforce it, and how to appeal.
Version 1.0 · In force from 13 October 2026 · Last updated 13 October 2026
Content you may not create, upload or publish
- anything unlawful, or that encourages or helps someone break the law;
- content that infringes someone else’s copyright, trademark or other rights — including images you do not have the right to use;
- personal information about students or other children: names with surnames, photos, identity numbers, contact details, health or family details;
- sexual content, graphic violence, or anything else unsuitable for a classroom;
- hate, harassment, threats or content that demeans people for who they are;
- content that deceives — false claims presented as fact, impersonation of a person, school or organisation;
- malware, phishing or links meant to harm.
Things you may not do
- try to break or test our security, or reach other people’s accounts or data, without our written permission;
- scrape YourWorksheets, or put automated load on it beyond normal use;
- get around quotas, rate limits, plan limits, the watermark on Starter, or any other technical restriction;
- share an account between several people, or sell or transfer it;
- resell YourWorksheets itself, or offer AI drafts from it as your own competing AI service;
- try to make the AI produce harmful, hateful or sexual content, or content that is not age-appropriate;
- send spam, or misuse the help form, the data request form or the report form;
- use student accounts for anyone other than the students in your class.
How we enforce this
Depending on how serious it is, we may: warn you; remove or hide the content; limit features; suspend the account; or end it. Where we reasonably can, we tell you what we did and why, and let you respond. We act at once — without warning — when a child may be at risk, when the law requires it, or when an account is being used to attack the service. We preserve evidence and report to the authorities where the law requires.
Reporting and appeals
Anyone can report content. If we act on your content or account and you think we got it wrong, reply to our message or write to privacy@yourworksheets.com within six months; a person who was not involved in the first decision reviews it. How moderation works: Moderation and appeals.
