Moderation and Appeals
How we deal with reported content, what we tell authors and reporters, and how to appeal a decision.
Version 1.0 · In force from 13 October 2026 · Last updated 13 October 2026
How we moderate
- We do not scan private worksheets. We review published worksheets when someone reports them, or when we notice a problem ourselves.
- A person reviews every report; we do not take automated decisions about content.
- We look at the content, the context, the Acceptable Use Policy and the law, and choose the lightest action that solves the problem: no action, a warning, restricting or removing the content, or — for serious or repeated breaches — suspending or closing the account.
What we tell people
- The author gets a statement of reasons: what we decided, the facts we relied on, the rule or law it is based on, that a person decided it, and how to appeal.
- The reporter gets a reference number at once and, if they left an e-mail address, the outcome.
Orders from authorities
When a court or a competent authority orders content to be removed or access to it blocked, we comply within the time set by law, record the order, and tell the author unless the order forbids it.
Appeals
Reply to our message within six months, or write to privacy@yourworksheets.com with your reference number. Someone who did not make the first decision reviews it and tells you the result. If we were wrong, we restore the content or the account. You can still go to court or use other ways open to you by law.
